The Village
The Village brings 72 new single-family homes to the Buckhorn Valley neighborhood in Gypsum, Colorado, ideally located adjacent to expansive open space and direct BLM access. Each home features a smart and efficient 1,350 sq. ft. layout with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a one-car garage. Big Ridge Self Storage
Big Ridge Self Storage is a 60,000 sq. ft. Class A self-storage facility under development in Middle Smithfield, Pennsylvania. This three-story, elevator-served building will offer a mix of climate-controlled and standard units, designed for convenience, security, and accessibility. The facility will feature full perimeter fencing, controlled access, and advanced security systems, providing peace of mind for every customer.
1200 Capitol St
Located in the heart of downtown Eagle Ranch's Commercial Center in Eagle, Colorado, 1200 Capitol Street is a mixed-use building featuring 16 thoughtfully designed condominiums and a ground-level commercial storefront. The residential units include eight two-bedroom condos and eight studios, just steps from Eagle Ranch’s vibrant restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and fitness centers.
