Eagle Ranch Custom - 2021

A custom single family home located in the Eagle Ranch neighborhood of Eagle, CO. A beautiful American Foursquare design encompassing ~3,000 sf of living area, with 4 beds and 3 baths, and office flex space above the attached two-car garage.

Eagle Duplex - 2020

A custom duplex located in downtown Eagle, CO. With a total of 3,161 sf of living area, with 6 beds and 7 baths, the project was constructed for local clients as an investment property. The project involves a challenging narrow and steep site, with an in-depth design process required to achieve the client’s goals.

West Vail Custom - 2019

A high-end 2,400 sf 3 bed and 2.75 bath custom single family residence in Vail, CO. It was designed as an uncompromising modern structure, with tiered cubic forms, staggered block-like elements, and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces. With a lot size of only 0.15 acres, the project was an exercise in the efficient use of space.

Buckhorn Valley Phases 6 & 7 - 2021-2024

The ground up development of 37 new single family homes in the Buckhorn Valley area of Gypsum, CO. The project was being sold as lot/home packages with customizable floor plans and options. Offerings ranged from 1,300-2,800 sq. ft. and 3BD/2BA to 4BD/3BA.

Edwards Self Storage - 2017

A 65,400 sf Class A self storage facility located in Edwards, CO. It is the only Class A storage facility located in the spectacular Vail Valley. The facility contains 500+ units and was an engineering challenge of burying 2 stories below grade, involving the movement of more than 16,000 cubic yards of dirt.

Minturn Custom - 2025

A 2,400 sf custom single-family home with 4 beds and 3.5 baths built for clients as their new primary residence in Minturn, CO. The home was the redevelopment of an infill lot just outside of the Town core and features a timber framed deck with sweeping views, high-efficiency German windows, and generous primary suite.

Eagle Landing at Brush Creek - 2018-2020

A community of 42 townhomes developed in the downtown core of Eagle, CO. The project aimed to provide upscale, yet attainable ownership opportunities to locals and second home owners, alike. Eagle Landing contains 2BD/2.5BA and 1BD/1.5BA tucked along a scenic stretch of Brush Creek.

Eagle ADU - 2024

A 800 sf infill ADU added to a client's existing home in downtown Eagle, CO. The ADU was placed over an 800 sf garage with a separate entrance for the client's use. The project provided the client with rental income, as well as additional storage space.

A 2,400 sf 4 bed 3 bath single-family home, with an 800 sf separated ADU in Minturn, CO. The home was the redevelopment of an infill lot just outside of the Town core and features an efficiently designed larger home intended for rental, with a focus on the ADU as a 'jewel box home' for the owner's primary use.
